A Marvelous Stay in Florence!
We found our Imperial Suite to be beautifully decorated, although the shower area lacked AC was great. A suggestion , enjoy dining at nearby locales for very nice Florentine dishes! The staff ensured we had a pleasant stay despite the heat.

The hotel boasts fine frescoed ceilings that transport you back to the Renaissance, turning your room into a living piece of art. Proximity to countless cultural attractions means you're never far from the heart of the action.
In my experience, the noise from both neighboring rooms and the street was a real issue-definitely not ideal for light sleepers. The absence of dining options on-site meant every meal required a trek outside, which can be a hassle. While the air conditioning managed to keep things cool during the heat wave, it wasn't all that strong, and I found myself craving a bit more comfort in that area.

The room of the hotel was generous sized and huge with a modern bathroom, chandeliers plus a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delectable, a great selection of FRESH food. The folks working here were helpful and attentive. The venue had unbeatable location next to the attractions.

The location was unbeatable, just next door to the Duomo, the Pitti Palace-a very popular place/piazza for both sightseers and art galleries and shops. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

The room was spacious and filled with
Character. The breakfast was a bit on the pricier side for what was offered, and it would have been nice to have a simpler option available for those on a budget.

Staying at this historic place with two other couples was very nice! We loved visiting the fine Pitti Palace just across the street, and the spacious rooms added a unique charm to our experience. Breakfast was good with a nice variety each morning.
In my wife's opinion, some bathrooms could be more private since they lead through the main bedrooms. A little more separation would make it cozier for families.

Gustapizza nearby is a true gem-the aroma of fresh dough and homemade sauce will transport you! Plus, the fine frescoed ceilings in our Royal Suite were like stepping into a Renaissance painting! Total dream vibes.
The shower was a slippery accident waiting to happen, and the AC was a no-show in our room. A tad confusing on check-in. Clearer signs could help keep the confusion at bay!
